The Management of COURIER POLAR EXPRES S.L wants to express with this declaration its commitment to quality in the development and fulfillment of its actions and the operation of the company.

The Quality Management Policy of COURIER POLAR EXPRES S.L is to seek at all times, through the professionalism of our work (Controlled Temperature Shipping), the satisfaction of the expectations and requirements of our customers.

To fulfil this objective, the General Direction of COURIER POLAR EXPRES SL expresses its firm intention to implement and keep an updated Management System based on the guidelines of the International Standard UNE-EN ISO 9001 adjusted to the needs of the Company and adopting the Continuous Improvement methodology.

For this, COURIER POLAR EXPRES S.L plans the activities to be carried out and provides the training and technical means necessary to perform the work correctly and with adequate costs. The General Direction transmits this Policy, based on the following general lines of action:

Establish objectives and goals as an integral part of new decisions.

Comply with the applicable legislation and other requirements. Ensure that the services provided meet the requirements of the clients, rules and applicable legislation.

Establish actions and programs more oriented to the prevention of nonconformities than to detection. The need for continuous improvement is established, which means that each employee has to be aware of quality aspects in relation to their individual work to contribute to the maximum and ensure continuous improvement in our processes and services.

Communicate this quality policy to all members of the company and make it publicly available.

To carry out this Management Policy, Management relies on its organization to which it transmits this Policy and general lines of action, seeking to assume the quality of its work and identify with the image of COURIER POLAR EXPRES SL. All this allows COURIER POLAR EXPRES SL’s growth and have the recognition of its customers, employees, community and any other interested entity, as a responsible Company, committed to continuous quality improvement.
